About theTadke Bina Zaika
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is pleased to present to you ‘Tadke Bina Zaika’.
This book is a compilation of winning traditional Indian recipes without the use of visible fat. A total of 115 entries were received during the competition launched by FSSAI in February 2022 to encourage people to prepare and share innovative recipes without the use of visible fat.
FSSAI would welcome any suggestions and feedback on this publication so that ‘Tadke Bina Zaika’ becomes a trusted companion and part of all citizens.

The Tadke Bina Zaika may be freely downloaded and printed, without changes, by any individual, company or publisher for individual use or widespread dissemination. This book has been brought out in the interest of public service so it shall not be printed and distributed for commercial purposes.
